Pot Sticker Sauce

Ingredients

• ¼ cup soy sauce
• ¼ cup rice wine vinegar
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1 tbsp minced scallion
• ½ tbsp minced fresh ginger root
• 1 tbsp sambal olek or other hot chili paste

Directions

Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl. Serve alongside pot stickers.
