# Pot Sticker Sauce

## Ingredients

- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp minced scallion
- ½ tbsp minced fresh ginger root
- 1 tbsp sambal olek or other hot chili paste

## Directions

Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl. Serve alongside pot stickers.
